Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Zagora

We’ll pick you up at your Raid and begin our 2-day tour from Marrakech to the Zagort desert. So, we’re going to drive through the High Atlas Mountains and enjoy the views. First, we’ll go to the Argan oil union to learn more about goods made from argan oil. Besides, we’ll stop to get a great view of the Tizi-N-Tchka (2260m) mountain pass. The second thing we do is go to the UNESCO Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. There is no other Kasbah bigger in Morocco. Movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones were filmed there because it is one of the best places to do so. To get to Zagora, we then drive over the Anti-Atlas Mountain. Finally, you start your camel trip. On the way to camp, you can enjoy the view of the sunset. After dinner, people from the area will play music for you by the fire under the stars.

Desert tour of Marrakech for two days:

The Moroccan Sahara desert was a dream spot where we always want to go and sleep. It was only hard to choose which treat to eat. That one was either Erg Chabbi or Erg Chegaga, which is the closest to Marrakech. We booked it in Morocco through Traveling.

Hamid was the guide, so he drove and talked at the same time, and he did a good job.

Ait Ben Haddou, which looks real and old, was the best place we saw. In Zagora, the camels are much bigger than expected. Also, the Berbers’ music show was amazing, and the sky was beautiful. Thanks to everyone! I really think you should take the two-day trip from Marrakech to the Zagora desert.
