Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
Pick up at the hotel at 8:00 am to leave for the High Atlas, we will cross the port of Tichka (2,260m), and we will turn towards the OUNILA Valley, to visit the Kasbah of TELOUET. Food and rest. We will continue the road to OUARZAZATE visiting the Kasbah of AIT BEN HADDOU, where the well-known films of Astérix & Obelix and Gladiator were shot, among others. Hotel or Riad accommodation.
2 Day; Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Nkob – Desert of Merzouga
After breakfast we will depart to the famous Dra Valley, where we will see one of the longest rivers in Morocco. We will make several stops to see the beautiful adobe kasbahs and Berber villages that dot the route and the wonders of the Draa Valley. After lunch in Nkob or Alnif, we will follow a 3-hour route until we reach the impressive dunes of Merzouga ” Desert of Dunes of fine sand ” accommodation in (Hotel)
Day 3 ; Merzouga – Village of Khamlia – Nomadic Families – Return of Erg Chebbi – Camels Walk – Night in Camp
This day we will dedicate to explore the Sahara Desert by 4 × 4 car. After breakfast we will start our trip to the desert: the dunes, oases and the town of Khamlia, famous for its Gnawa music. We will also visit the Berber nomads in the desert and spend some time with them learning their culture and way of life. In the afternoon we will ride our camels and take a relaxing walk through the desert to the camp where we will spend the night in the shops. Before that we will enjoy dinner (traditional tajine) and Berber music around the bonfire. This will be an incredible experience that you will not forget.
4 Day; Desert of Merzouga – Rissani – Gorges of Todra – Dades Valley
You are already in the desert! This day, early morning to see the sunrise from the top of the dunes, camels back to the hotel, breakfast and shower, then we have to say goodbye to the desert and we will go to Rissani where we will visit your market (if we are lucky and it is one of the days of Market: Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday) we will follow the road to Erfoud where there is also the possibility of visiting the fossilized marble factory before continuing to the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad. 1 hour later we will arrive at one of the strongest points of the High Atlas: The Todra Gorges. The channel of the Todra River has formed a gorge of vertical walls of enormous proportions and of great beauty; It is a paradise for climbers and a unique place.
Lunch at the site and a half hour walk would be recommended to see and enjoy the Gorges in detail. In the afternoon we will continue towards the Dadès Valley, accommodation in (Kasbah)
5 Day: Dades Valley – Valley of Roses – Oasis of Skoura – High Atlas – Marrakech
After breakfast, we can enjoy one of the best views of the Dades Valley. We will do it from one of the most strategic places that the mountains offer us. from there we can observe the amount of kasbah that there is and the picturesque of each of them, then exit to a road dotted with various Kasbahs of great interest. After several stops to enjoy the route of the Thousand Kasbah
